We provide a comprehensive refund option within 14 days of purchase, applicable when assets are returned in their original, unaltered condition. Important: Refund eligibility is immediately voided by any buyer-induced damage to the asset.

REJECTION PROCESS

Buyers must notify our customer service team before 5 PM Eastern Daylight Time within the 14-calendar-day window following purchase receipt. Our specialists will provide efficient guidance through the return authorization process. Immediate contact is recommended to expedite your return or exchange request.

RETURN EXCEPTIONS

NON-QUALIFYING RETURNS

  • Vehicles with aftermarket modifications or alterations
  • Assets currently pledged as loan collateral
  • Units exhibiting accident-related damage
